Educational Programs & Training

Through the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) platform, job seekers, earners, and learners can find out which programs are eligible to be paid for with WIOA funding, and education and training providers can apply to be on the ETPL, update provider and program listings, and submit required participant reporting.  

 

As of June 2026, the Colorado Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is undergoing a technology upgrade. A new ETPL site will launch by July 1, 2026.
