Notice: DLSS Restaurant Industry Listening Sessions (July 13 & 14)
The Colorado Division of Labor Standards & Statistics (DLSS) is hosting two upcoming listening sessions about topics of interest to the restaurant industry. We invite employees, managers, owners, and other interested stakeholders to share their perspectives as we gather input on several key topics, including service charges, and tip credits and pools. This input will help inform the Division as it considers potential changes or clarifications to labor regulations.
