Labor Rules, Proposed and Adopted

Notice: DLSS Restaurant Industry Listening Sessions (July 13 & 14)

The Colorado Division of Labor Standards & Statistics (DLSS) is hosting two upcoming listening sessions about topics of interest to the restaurant industry. We invite employees, managers, owners, and other interested stakeholders to share their perspectives as we gather input on several key topics, including service charges, and tip credits and pools. This input will help inform the Division as it considers potential changes or clarifications to labor regulations.

Listening Session Details

    • Monday, July 13th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM
    • Tuesday, July 14th, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM 

You may join at any time during these windows based on your availability; Division representatives will be present the entire time.  

  • Where: At the Division's offices, 707 17th Street, Suite 2400 (Maroon Bells Conference Room), Denver, CO 80202, or remotely by phone or computer, using the following conference information:
